Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By clicking "Start", creating an account, or connecting to video chat, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Falsifying your age is a material violation of these terms and will result in an immediate and permanent hardware/IP ban.

Pungu TV is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe environment. You strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- No Nudity or Sexually Explicit Content: Any form of nudity, sexual acts, flashing, or inappropriate sexual solicitation is strictly prohibited.
- No Harassment or Hate Speech: Bullying, intimidation, racial/ethnic slurs, discriminatory remarks, or personal threats will result in an immediate ban.
- No Unauthorized Recording: You may NOT screen-record, capture video/audio, screenshot, or redistribute any stranger's likeness without their explicit written consent.
- No Illegal Activity: Displaying weapons, drugs, promoting violence, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden.
- No Bots or Automated Streaming: Using virtual cameras to loop prerecorded videos, advertisements, or spam bots is strictly banned.

Every video call includes a prominent Report (đŠ) tool. Pungu TV takes community reports seriously. Accounts reported for safety violations are subject to instant automated penalties, temporary timeouts, or permanent global bans across their device identifiers and IP addresses.
âī¸ 5. Peer-to-Peer Nature & Disclaimer of Liability
Pungu TV facilitates real-time, peer-to-peer connections between random independent users. While we enforce strict community safety guidelines and reporting systems, Pungu TV does not control and is not liable for the real-time conduct, statements, or behavior of random strangers.
You use the service at your own discretion. If you encounter an uncomfortable or inappropriate situation, click Next (âī¸) or Stop (âšī¸) immediately.
đ 6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account with anyone else, especially minors.

All brand names, logos, user interface designs, visual assets, and underlying code of Pungu TV are the exclusive intellectual property of Pungu TV. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape our platform.
